Spur works with organizations of different sizes and use cases. Customers should contact the sales team to discuss available pricing and licensing options.

Can we purchase online subscriptions with a Purchase Order and/or bank payment?

Purchase-order and bank-payment options are typically available through Spur sales for commercial and enterprise purchases. Customers who need PO or wire/ACH payment should contact sales; self-serve online checkout may not support every procurement workflow.

What does ongoing customer success support look like?

Spur's CSM team sets up recurring cadence meetings to review open support tickets, discuss business decisions, and go over analytics to understand the health of programs. In every cadence meeting, Spur discusses recent releases, what's currently being delivered, plus a general health check.

Is implementation included in the licensing cost or separate?

Implementation and enablement are included as part of the service. Once customers are live, Spur provides enablement materials including walkthroughs.
