Troubleshooting Sign-in, SAML and SSOGuideCan't sign in to Spur? Work through the common causes: how sign-in works, corporate email checks, password resets, finding your organization, and SAML single sign-on.How do I invite a team member?FAQOrganization admins can invite people from Settings → Members. Select Invite member, enter one or more email addresses (separated by spaces or commas), choose a role and select Send. The role defaults to Admin, so choose Member for anyone who shouldn't manage members, billing or API tokens. Pending invitations appear on the Invites tab, where you can revoke one. If your plan has run out of seats, Members shows a Seat limit badge and you'll need to upgrade before inviting more people. How do I remove someone from my organization?FAQOrganization admins can remove a member from Settings → Members: open the menu on that person's row and select Remove. To cancel an invitation that hasn't been accepted, open the Invites tab and select Revoke. If you want to leave an organization yourself, open the menu on your own row and select Leave. What roles can members of my organization have?FAQThere are two roles. Admins can manage the organization: its Organization, Members, Plans and Billing settings, and API tokens under Settings → API. Members can use Spur's products but can't open those settings or view API tokens. Admins can change anyone's role from Settings → Members.Where can I see my Context API usage and quota?FAQOpen Context API in the Spur app. The dashboard shows Queries Used against your quota, when the current billing period ends, and Queries Today, your daily average and your peak day, with a chart of daily usage. Your quota resets with your billing cycle, and Spur doesn't charge overages: when the quota is used up, the API stops returning data until it resets. Is Spur down right now?FAQIf the Spur app isn't loading, API calls are failing, or Monocle has stopped returning assessments, check https://status.spur.us first. It shows the live status of the web app, Context API, Data Feeds & Exports API, and Monocle Policy API, using checks that call real endpoints with real tokens, so an outage shows up there. Updates during an incident are posted on the same page, along with uptime over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. If everything shows as operational but something still looks broken, email support@spur.us with what you're seeing, when it started, and any error messages. How do I verify my organization's email domain?FAQAn organization admin can verify a domain from Settings → Organization, under Verified Domains. Add the domain, then enter an email address at that domain: Spur sends a 6-digit code to it, and entering the code verifies the domain. You can then choose how people who sign up with that domain join: No automatic enrollment (invite only), Automatic invitations (they can join at any time), or Automatic suggestions (they request to join and an admin approves them on the Requests tab in Settings → Members).Do you need an NDA or trial agreement for POCs?FAQSpur doesn't require a trial agreement but is flexible — many customers want one. Spur can sign mutual NDAs and typically turns them around within a day.
