How do I make another team member an admin on our account?
An existing admin on your account can request that another team member be promoted to admin. Have your current admin email support@spur.us with the user's email address — we verify the request comes from an authorized admin before updating anyone's role.

Does Spur offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. Spur's DPA covering standard data processing controls is listed on trust.spur.us — request access there, or contact your account team or support@spur.us.
I can't find my organization or my invitation isn't working — what should I do?
If you signed up directly instead of via an invite, you may have created a separate personal organization rather than joining your employer's. Ask your organization's admin to invite you to the correct organization using the email address you'll sign in with, and make sure you're signed out of any other Spur sessions before opening the invitation link. If the invitation link has expired, ask your admin to reissue it. Contact support if the issue persists after a fresh invitation.
Does Spur provide security and compliance documentation?
Yes. Security, compliance, and vendor-review documentation is available self-serve at trust.spur.us, Spur's Trust Center. Compliance questions specific to your organization that aren't covered there can go to your account team or support@spur.us.
Why am I asked to use a corporate email even though I did?
Spur requires a corporate email address to sign up, and personal or free email domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) are typically blocked. If you're using what you believe is a corporate email and were still blocked, contact support@spur.us with the email address and domain you're using so we can review it.
How do I delete my account?
Contact Spur support at support@spur.us to request account deletion. Deletion is permanent.
