Can we get a POC/trial to test the data?
Yes. Spur offers three POC options: enriching a customer's list of time/date-stamped IPs (preferably under 1 million rows from recent months), providing feed files for specific days to evaluate against logs, or a temporary API access token (typically two weeks) for testing the integration, with check-ins at the start, midpoint, and wrap-up.
Are there plans for startups and smaller organizations?
Spur works with organizations of different sizes and use cases. Customers should contact the sales team to discuss available pricing and licensing options.
Can we purchase online subscriptions with a Purchase Order and/or bank payment?
Purchase-order and bank-payment options are typically available through Spur sales for commercial and enterprise purchases. Customers who need PO or wire/ACH payment should contact sales; self-serve online checkout may not support every procurement workflow.
What is the best way to evaluate Spur?
Most organizations start by exploring our free community license. Enterprise evaluations are available in coordination with our sales team.
How often should we have business review calls?
Spur likes to set up quarterly business reviews to share roadmap information and conduct business reviews, with dates adjustable closer to the meeting.
