Can I get a refund after my subscription auto-renews?
You can cancel future auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing — cancellation keeps your access active through the current paid period. Refunds for an already-renewed billing period aren't automatic and require review; contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

Why am I asked to use a corporate email even though I did?
Spur requires a corporate email address to sign up, and personal or free email domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) are typically blocked. If you're using what you believe is a corporate email and were still blocked, contact support@spur.us with the email address and domain you're using so we can review it.
