How do I get an invoice or pay by invoice?
Self-serve and paid-plan customers can download invoices directly from the Billing section in the app at any time. If you'd like to pay by invoice instead of by card, that option isn't available on self-serve plans — contact Sales to discuss an invoiced agreement.

What happens if my subscription lapses after a failed payment?
You have seven days to update your payment method before a subscription expires. If the subscription fully lapses, the previous invoice can't be retried and a new subscription must be created at current pricing — a previous rate can't be reinstated. Update your payment method promptly in Settings → Billing to avoid a lapse.
Can I get a refund after my subscription auto-renews?
You can cancel future auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing — cancellation keeps your access active through the current paid period. Refunds for an already-renewed billing period aren't automatic and require review; contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from Settings → Billing. Does Spur offer free access for law enforcement?
No. Spur does not offer free or discounted accounts for law enforcement or government investigative agencies. Standard commercial licensing applies — contact Sales to discuss account options.
Is there a plan between Team and Pro?
No — there is currently no intermediate tier between the Team and Pro plans. If Team's limits are too low but Pro is more than you need, add-on packs are available alongside your existing plan to extend usage without moving up a full tier.
