Organizations
The first step to using Spur is to create an organization for your team.
Overview
An organization is the top-level entity in Spur used for billing and user management. We recommend companies staying within a single organization.
Managing Multiple Organizations
If you belong to more than one organization, billing and plan settings are scoped to whichever organization is currently selected.
To manage a specific organization's subscription:
- Use the Organization Switcher in the upper-left of the app to select the organization
- Go to Settings > Plans to view or change that organization's subscription
If you can't find an expected subscription, confirm you've switched to the organization that owns it.
